I'm not sure what the actual technique is called, but to achieve it you emboss the back side of your cardstock with one of our Embossing Folders and the Big Shot. Turn it over and then stamp on top of the front side, the debossed side. I used the En Francais background stamp.
For this set, I used the new Fun Flowers die-cut which I am in ♥ with!! I just keep making cards with it because the flowers are so pretty, and each one is going to cost me more postage to mail...sigh...but they are SO pretty!!

OMGosh Becky I love it! and I just got this die yesterday....In my dreams I have to case this. It seems I never have the time to do anything anymore! But as soon as I can I will duplicate this as a gift love the idea of embossing!

This is a really cute idea Becky! Maybe this is a dumb question, but when you stamp on the cardstock after embossing, does it squash the embossing at all? I'm wondering if it would be easier to stamp before embossing, does that work? Thanks for all the inspiration!
