Let it Snow

I saw this card on Splitcoaststampers and of course had to copy it and change it a little. There is Crystal Effects on the snowman face. The snowflakes are from Snow Flurries with Dazzling Diamonds glitter in the center. The scallop edge is done with the small corner rounder. Take the guide off the punch and it scallops just like the slit punch does.
